We ship via USPS (5-8 business days) within the US at flat rate of $5 for all purchases under $70. We offer free shipping for all orders over $70.
We cannot accept any burned candles back, so all sales are final. If you are unhappy with your candle after burning, let us know and we’d be happy to make a suggestion for a better fitting scent.
Once candles have been shipped, tracking information will be sent via text or email. We are not responsible for any lost items once they have left our hands, but packages can be tracked through the carrier.
If you receive a candle that was damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within three days of receiving it and we will replace it.
